Preventing Burnout

This session explores the importance of recognizing and understanding burnout in peer spaces and beyond. Through individual and group activities, participants will learn more about identifying burnout and related issues and techniques to minimize and/or eliminate burnout. While developed for peers, others in helping professions will gain new knowledge and skills from this training.

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a certificate for 2 continuing education credits and access to digital course resources/materials.
